La Bongetta Formaggi nasce nel 1958, quando Bongetta Almo con passione ed intraprendenza decide di dar vita a questa azienda, creando le basi e la realtà commerciale che è oggi. Dalla sua scomparsa nel 1987, l’azienda ha continuato la sua attività, grazie ad una gestione familiare che non ha certo lesinato in tenacia e dedizione. Lo stabilimento di Cosio Valtellino, rinnovato di recente, è autorizzato con bollo sanitario IT 03-492 Ce e certificato FSSC:22000 in materia di sicurezza alimentare.
Our story.
Bongetta Formaggi was born in 1958, when Bongetta Almo decided, with passion and initiative, to start running this company, creating the basis and the commercial reality of nowadays. Since his passing in 1987, the company has continued its activity, thanks to the family management that is endowed with tenacity and devotion. The plant situated in Cosio Valtellino, recently renewed, has been authorized with the sanitary permission IT 03-492 Ce and FSSC:22000 certified for food safety.
Unsere Geschichte.
Der Käsebetrieb “Bongetta Formaggi” wurde 1958 von Bongetta Almo gegründet, der mit Leidenschaft und Unternehmungslust die Grundlagen für den heutigen Betrieb schuf. Seit seinem Tod im Jahre 1987 führt die Familie den Betrieb mit der gleichen Hartnäckigkeit und Hingabe seines Gründers weiter. Die Käserei in Cosio Valtellino wurde vor kurzem renoviert, sie wurde durch das Genusstauglichkeitskennzeichen IT 03-492 Ce und FSSC:22000 zertifiziert für Lebensmittelsicherheit.
